Terms of Service
Last updated: April 2026
1. Service description
Interview Pilot ("the Service") is an AI-powered interview practice platform that generates mock interview questions, conducts simulated interviews, and provides feedback on your answers. The Service is operated by Interview Pilot and is available at interviewpilot.io. By creating an account and using the Service, you agree to these Terms of Service.
2. Eligibility & account
You must be at least 18 years old to use the Service. You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure. Each account is for a single individual — sharing accounts is not permitted. You agree to provide accurate information when creating your account.
3. Credits & payments
The Service operates on a credit-based system. Credits are purchased in one-time packs and have no expiration date. One credit is consumed when you start a mock interview session.
Refund policy: Credits are non-refundable once consumed. If you purchased a credit pack and have not used any credits, you may request a full refund within 30 days of purchase by emailing support@interviewpilot.io. Refunds are issued to the original payment method and may take 5–10 business days to process. Partial refunds (for partially-used packs) are not available.
All prices are listed in USD. Payments are processed securely by Stripe. Interview Pilot does not store your payment card information.
4. AI-generated content disclaimer
All interview questions, feedback, scores, and recommendations generated by the Service are produced by AI models and are for practice purposes only. They do not constitute professional career advice, hiring guidance, or any guarantee of interview outcomes. The AI may produce inaccurate, incomplete, or inconsistent content. You should not rely solely on the Service's feedback when making career decisions.
5. User responsibilities & acceptable use
You agree not to: (a) use the Service for any unlawful purpose; (b) attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, or extract the Service's AI prompts or system design; (c) use automated scripts to make requests to the Service; (d) share, resell, or redistribute session credits; (e) upload harmful, offensive, or illegal content to your profile or interviews. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.
6. Intellectual property
The Service, including its design, code, and AI-generated question frameworks, is the property of Interview Pilot. Your practice transcripts and session data remain yours. You grant Interview Pilot a limited license to store and process your data solely to provide the Service.
7. Account termination
You may delete your account at any time by contacting support@interviewpilot.io. Deleting your account permanently removes your data. Any remaining unused credits are forfeited upon account deletion. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms without refund of consumed credits.
8. Limitation of liability
The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Interview Pilot shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service, including but not limited to lost job opportunities, reliance on AI-generated feedback, or service interruptions. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid for credits in the 12 months preceding the claim.
9. Changes to these terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by email or by displaying a notice in the Service. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
